Kookindi is organising a new concept in Bruges.
From time to time, I launch a date when you can sign up to take part in my new food concept - Only One Table -.You take a seat at a long table. You can sign up on your own or with several friends. The special thing about this concept is that you don't know in advance who is sitting to your left, to your right or opposite you. The aim is to create more social contact between the different participants in a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere, combined with delicious Oriental-style cuisine. I have already given Thai, Indian and Mexican sessions. I explain each dish so that you know what you are eating and can identify with the culture of the country. So taking part in Only One Table is always about "travelling a little, to mysterious, oriental and Asian countries".

Palak Paneer
Palak paneer or Palak Chhena is an Indian dish consisting of chhena or paneer in a thick pastry made with spinach puree, or Indian cottage cheese simmered in an onion, tomato and spinach sauce.
Rogan Josh
is an aromatic curried meat dish from Kashmir. It is prepared with red meat - usually lamb, mutton or goat - and is mainly coloured and flavoured with alkanet flour and Kashmiri chillies.
Malai Kofta
Malai kofta is an Indian dish made up of potato and paneer dumplings served with a tasty, creamy and delicious curry. It is served with naan, roti, paratha or basmati rice.
Rajma Chawal
also known as rajmah, rāzmā or lal lobia, is a vegetarian dish originating from the Indian subcontinent, consisting of red beans in a thick sauce with lots of whole Indian spices, and is usually served with rice.
Vindaloo
is an Indian curry dish originally from Goa. It is inspired by the Portuguese dish "carne de vinha d'alhos".
Kadhi
Kadhi is a popular North Indian dish consisting of onion fritters dipped in a spicy yoghurt sauce. Also known as Kadhi Pakora, this dish is delicious with steamed rice.

Information on the concept :Diya has been inspired by other chefs on her many travels to cook delicious and passionate dishes. On several trips to India, she discovered that each region has its own speciality. She found that in some places, the food was served in a way that was too monotonous or too spicy for Western taste buds. So she decided to make Indian cuisine her own in Belgium. Her dishes have a finer finish and you can decide for yourself how spicy your dish should be. As a West Indian, she tries to work as much as possible with local and seasonal produce.What's special about the "One Table" concept is that you don't know who's sitting on your left, your right or opposite you. The aim is to create more links between participants, in a pleasant setting and with delicious oriental cuisine. You'll be swept away by a wide range of delicious dishes to share.

Information on the concept :Food and wine pairing is the process of combining food and wine.Based on taste...A symbiosis between the Kookindi 'one table' concept and the European Union's 'one table' concept.The "wine shed".This involves sitting at a long table where you are served small dishes (food sharing) accompanied by appropriate wines.
Duration: approximately 3 hours.

About Fox Flambé: Fox Flambé is a meeting place with an open kitchen where you mainly learn more about product and taste, and how to prepare dishes better and tastier.
Fox Flambé is for beginners, enthusiasts, hobby cooks and chefs alike.
You come to learn, but also to have fun and enjoy good food and drinks. Sign up, with a friend, and embark on an adventure of all things good food.
Together with Diya, you will prepare a dish or a full menu depending on the workshop, and you will taste and eat together.
Duration time: The workshop will run from 19h00 to 23h00
Price: 90.00 € per person excluding drinks (1 drink is included)
What to expect.Diya has completely immersed herself in cuisine of her motherland. She attaches great importance to the typical spices for Indian cuisine. This workshop will focus on "chicken tikka massala", but will also prepare 3 other Indian dishes. Just expect a nice cosy Friday evening in an Indian atmosphere! Feast!
