Palak Paneer

Delicious creamy chicken korma made with yoghurt, nuts, spices and onions. This dish is best served with Jeera rice, Basmati rice, butternaan, paratha or roti.
Sambar
also known as Kuzhambu in Tamil Nadu, is a lentil-based vegetable stew cooked with pigeon peas and a tamarind broth. It is popular in the cuisines of South India, Sri Lanka and the Maldives.
Samosa
is a South Asian fried pastry filled with Savoury ingredients such as seasoned potatoes, onions, peas, meat or fish. Depending on the region, samosas can be triangular, conical or crescent-shaped. Samosas are often served with chutney.

Poulet Tandoori
